Fox Deceives, but Some Believe???

A while back I wrote in Liberals See Evil Plots Around Every Corner that most liberals today identify the problems facing our society as conspiracies perpetrated by some group of evil people. To a good number of liberals, the problems with healthcare, the economy, the environment, etc are caused by some evil group of people. The name has changed with history- right now it is 'tea baggers,' but in the past it has been Big Oil, Big Business, Wall Street, the Jews, etc. The point is that when you press these liberals, inevitably they see an evil plot around every corner.

Many people I confronted at the latest healthcare townhall that I went to (see post Report from Peters Townhall Sept 09) would confront me personally and accuse me as being part of 'the plot'- they would say that I was paid by the Republican Party, that I was astroturfing, that I was a tool of insurance companies, etc. They couldn't understand that perhaps I was just rejecting their policies and ideas as wrong- instead they tried to attack me, as if discrediting me would discredit my logical, principled arguments.

The modern day Democratic Party, especially the far left version that people are actually putting in power when the vote Democrat, has an ideology- I discussed this before in The Religion of the Democrats. If you really want to understand why Democrats always see evil plots around every corner, I suggest you read that post.
If you don't believe me, here is one of the signs that I saw at the rally- there were a couple like this one, but I think it is a good piece of evidence to support my claim that liberals see evil plots around every corner and that they are following a religion. The sign reads "Fox Deceives, but Some Believe":
