Is McCain Bush?

This last week I was on vacation, and several of my relatives told me that I needed to vote for Obama because McCain was Bush. That really annoyed me- first, is Bush really that bad? I don't think he is the worst thing in the world- in my opinion, Obama will be a much worse President. Second, and more importantly, is an old moderate war-hero with many years in the Senate the same as a young conservative son-of relatively-inexperienced Governor? No way. I really think McCain and Bush are not really that close, other than both being Republicans. For people to use that as the only reason they vote for Obama is just not right.
