This idea is taken from powerlineblog, but it's a good one, because it clearly demonstraes media bias- I'm actually going to use this example in my class. Let's look at the example of Us magazine, a magazine which is read around 12 million and seen by many more at grocery checkout counters . Compare the two covers to the right--->
Us magazine is owned by Jann Wenner, also the proprietor of Rolling Stone and a fanatical Obama supporter, and is clearly endorsing a candidate, and trying to tilt the election in their favor.
